Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026 · Version 0.1 (draft)
Agreement
By accessing or using ResonanceNet ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
Platform role
ResonanceNet is a coordination and evidence layer. It helps aligned people find each other, agree in writing, and prove what they built. Users define their own commercial terms. The Platform records consent, versions, signatures, and tamper-evident proof records.
ResonanceNet does not:
- Employ contributors or act as a staffing agency
- Hold funds, act as a payment custodian, or guarantee outcomes
- Offer investment products or broker transactions between parties
- Adjudicate disputes — parties resolve disputes using exported evidence
Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may register as a client (project owner) or contributor.
Agreements & signatures
Agreements drafted on the Platform are between users. The Platform provides tools for generation, negotiation, and dual-party signing bound to content hashes with version audit trails.
Signatures are recorded as executed on Resonance with verifiable proof. The Platform does not warrant that agreements are legally binding in all jurisdictions. Users are responsible for ensuring agreements meet their legal requirements.
Proof records
Published agreements and evidence may generate append-only proof records. Optional blockchain anchoring writes only cryptographic hashes — not full agreement content — to supported networks.
Payments & financial features
The current Platform does not hold funds, process payments, or distribute revenue. Future payment features (escrow, stablecoin releases) will be introduced only after legal clearance and audit. Any revenue-sharing terms in agreements are between users and are not enforced or distributed by the Platform at this time.
User content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant the Platform a license to host, display, and process your content as needed to provide services. You must not submit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
Limitation of liability
The Platform is provided "as is" during its alpha/early access period. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResonanceNet is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform, user agreements, or third-party interactions facilitated through the Platform.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time, subject to data retention requirements described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
This is a v0.1 draft for transparency. Formal legal review is in progress.
